Realme appears to be preparing for the release of its Realme GT Neo 5 Pro smartphone following the launches of the Realme GT Neo 5 and Realme GT Neo 5 SE. Recently, the upcoming device was spotted in the MIIT certification, unveiling its model numbers as RMX3820 and RMX3823. A reliable tipster has disclosed the handset’s important specifications in advance of the official announcement.

The awaited Realme GT Neo 5 Pro is likely to have a flat OLED display with thin bezels, according to Digital Chat Station. The predicted specifications for the display panel include 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 2160Hz PWM dimming. The device is likely to incorporate a 6.74-inch OLED panel sourced from the Tianma brand.

Internally, the Realme GT Neo 5 Pro is expected to house the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The device might come with up to 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and storage options of either 256GB or 512 GB. Information regarding the battery capacity remains unknown for now, but it is believed that the smartphone will support 100W fast charging.

Previous reports indicate that the device will sport a 50MP primary camera (Sony IMX890 sensor) with optical image stabilization (OIS) support. According to Digital Chat Station, the primary camera will use a new fusion technique, which is likely to increase photo quality.

The hardware is anticipated to run Android 13 OS, with Realme UI 4.0 on top. Realme has not yet announced the official launch date for the Realme GT Neo 5 Pro, but it is speculated to be released in the third quarter of 2023.

According to details shared by DCS, the upcoming Realme GT Neo 6 SE is anticipated to feature a 6.74-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The device is rumored to be equipped with an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Similar to the GT Neo 5 Pro, the GT Neo 6 SE is also expected to boast a 50MP primary camera and support up to 100W fast charging.
