Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition Teased Ahead of Launch, Features Snapdragon 8 Elite and 6,500mAh Battery
Now, the company has been sharing teaser posters showing off the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition featuring Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. The new Snapdragon flagship processor will now be followed by the high-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and the GT 7 Pro is already touted to be the cheapest phone to have it. Accompanying the chipset is 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage, promising top-of-the-line performance.
Realme has also announced that the GT 7 Pro Racing edition will showcase a quad-curved display with a peak brightness of 6000 nits and a 2600Hz touch sampling rate. The standard GT 7 Pro with the same 6.78-inch 8T LTPO OLED display is expected to be carried over. There are several special design touches for the Racing Edition of the first backup: a subtle deep blue “Neptune Exploration” color with a textured back that resembles the planet Neptune.
Racing Edition looks more or less like a tweaked version of the regular GT 7 Pro. There is an important distinction, however, when it comes to the camera hardware. Unlike the standard variant, which has a triple camera module, the Racing Edition opts for a dual-camera system.
This includes a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Under the hood, the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition is expected to house a massive 6,500mAh battery. This large battery capacity is complemented by 120W wired fast charging support, allowing users to quickly recharge the device.
