Apart from all the recent reports about the upcoming smartphone launched in India from the brand Realme, there is another exclusive leak reported by GSMArena on a new smartphone from the same brand. It is reported that the name of the smartphone will be Realme Flash. It will debut the brand’s MagDart wireless magnetic charger and will be the first of its kind on the Android platform.
We have seen a similar kind of technology from Apple earlier which is Apple’s MagSafe. Similar to that Realme MagDart will clip onto the back of the device and will deliver power. But this time this is an advanced version of Apple MagSafe. Realme MagDart will have a larger physical form factor than MagSafe and the power can exceed up to 15W here. With all this power, the Realme MagDart will include a fan to help keep thermals in check.
The MagSafe will also have a USB-C connector. The image shared in the report shows a bulky design. It can also mean that with all these loaded features the MagSafe might be heavier than other magnetic wireless chargers.
According to GSMArena, “Realme Flash sports a curved screen with a punch-hole cutout in the top left corner. The back features a triple camera setup while the internals includes a Snapdragon 888 with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The software side is covered by Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0 on top. Expect more details on Realme Flash and MagDart soon.”
