Realme C65 Global Launch Set for April 3rd: Full Specifications Leak Ahead of Debut

The upcoming Realme C65 represents the latest addition to the Chinese brand’s budget smartphone lineup. Following a teaser campaign, Realme has officially announced the launch date of the C65. Initially, the phone will debut in Vietnam before rolling out to Indonesia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Although there’s no confirmation of an India release yet, it’s anticipated to arrive in the Indian market as well.

Scheduled for release on April 4th in Vietnam, Realme has teased several key features of the C65. The design of the Realme C65 closely resembles that of the Samsung Galaxy S22 series featuring a camera setup, on a metal back. It will come in Black, Purple, and Gold colors, each with a finish and flat edges housing a punch-hole display. Additionally, the phone will introduce Air Gestures and Dynamic Button functionality.

Leaks about the Realme C65 reveal details about its specifications. It is expected to have a 6.67-inch IPS LCD screen with a 90Hz rate and brightness peaking at 625 nits. The device is likely to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor and sport a dual camera system with a 50MP sensor alongside a sensor, complemented by an 8MP front camera for selfies.

Moreover, rumors suggest that the Realme C65 will feature a battery supporting fast charging up to 45W. It is expected to run Android 14 with Realme UI skin on top. Other anticipated features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner storage via a microSD card slot, a USB Type C port IP54 rating for water and dust resistance as well as retaining the traditional headphone jack.

The Realme C65 is positioned as a successor, to the Realme C55 smartphone which comes at a starting price of ₹11,999 in India. It aims to provide a cost choice among Realmes budget C series range. With its debut in India, the Realme C65 is expected to enhance the brand’s presence in the smartphone market segment.
