Realme will soon launch a new version of the C20 handset. Dubbed as the Realme C20A , the phone will be available in Bangladesh first. There is no word on when the phone will launch in other markets.

Realme has confirmed the C20A will come with a 6.5-inch display and a 5,000mAh battery. The company has not disclosed other specifications yet. Realme had launched the C20 in India last month. Priced at ₹6,999, the handset is also the most affordable one in the new lineup. The phone comes in two colour options – grey and blue.

Realme C20A Specifications and Features

Realme confirmed the launch of the new C-series smartphone on its Facebook page. The phone will launch in Bangladesh this Eid. We can expect the phone to be unveiled around May 12. The company has confirmed that the phone will pack a 5,000mAh battery. It is also confirmed to feature a 6.5-inch display. Being a budget offering, the device will pack an LCD instead of an AMOLED screen. The phone will pack similar specifications as the Realme C20.

The Realme C20 features a 6.5-inch display with an HD+ resolution. It has a water-drop notch on top for the front camera. It also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. For optics, it features a single 8MP camera and a 5MP selfie shooter. Under the hood, the Realme C20 comes with a MediaTek Helio G35 processor. It also features a big 5000mAh battery with 10W charging. Realme is shipping the C20 with Android 10 out of the box.

It’s unclear how the C20 will differ from the C20A, but since the C20 wasn’t launched in Bangladesh, the C20A could just be a rebranded C20 for the Asian country. We’ll hopefully have more clarity on that as we inch closer to the May 13 announcement.
