Realme C11 2021 launched silently in India

The Realme C11 2021 has been launched in India today without much fanfare as the brand did not organize an event to launch the budget smartphone. Instead, the company silently listed the device on its official website for the country. India isn’t the first country to get the Realme C11 2021 though. The phone was launched in Russia last month. Going by the name, the C11 2021 seems to be a successor to the first-generation Realme C11 that was launched in India in July last year. However, we aren’t sure if we can call it a successor because the C11 2021 has an inferior processor and rear camera compared to the Realme C11. Anyway, let us have a look at Realme C11 2021 price in India and its specifications.

Realme C11 2021 specifications

The Realme C11 2021 features a big 6.5-inch LCD with HD+ resolution. Additionally, there is a V-shaped notch at the top on a 60Hz refresh rate display. On the processor front, the entry-level handset is powered by the Unisoc SC9863 SoC. This chipset is paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. However, the company has not revealed anything about the Android version the device comes with right out of the box.

For photos and videos, the C11 2021 comes with a single 8-megapixel primary sensor. Additionally, this sensor is also paired with an LED flash and full-HD video recording capabilities. On the front, the handset features a 5-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.

This Realme Smartphone packs a massive 5000mAh battery along with 10W charging support. The smartphone also comes with dual SIM card slots, Bluetooth v5.0, WiFi, and a micro-USB port for charging. Additionally, the smartphone also comes with the conventional 3.5mm headphone jack. However, the smartphone does not come with a fingerprint scanner for security. So, users of the device have to fall back on pins, passwords, and patterns for security purposes.

Realme C11 2021 price and availability in India

The Realme C11 2021 price in India is Rs 6,999 for the 2GB RAM + 32GB variant, and it is the only configuration on offer. The Realme phone is currently available to purchase from Realme’s official online store. There is a Rs 200 discount on this Realme phone as an introductory offer. That brings down the price of the device to Rs 6,799. The smartphone is available in Cool Blue and Cool Grey color variants.

Realme’s this C11 2021 was initially spotted on sale in Russia and the Philippines. In the Philippines, it debuted at PHP 4,990 (roughly Rs. 7,600). To give some perspective, the original Realme C11 was launched in India last year at Rs. 7,499 for the same 2GB RAM + 32GB storage configuration. That model is, however, no longer available via the Realme.com site.
