Zinedine Zidane has once again proved everyone wrong and has shown to the world that he is right at the top of the best managers list. Many would argue that his tactical skills are nowhere compared to Guardiola or Klopp but you can just see how he can turn the same old Real Madrid squad which crashed out of all competitions last season into a league title-winning team.

Real Madrid were 2 points behind Barcelona as the LaLiga season resumed on 11th June. But, after 10 matchdays Real Madrid has taken a 7 point unassailable lead over their arch-rivals Barcelona. Real Madrid are now on 86 points while Barcelona are on 79 points.

New signing Eden Hazard had been injured for the majority this season, while Luka Jovic almost played no part. Only Ferland Mendy played some matches replacing Marcelo and did a good job. So it was like the same old Real Madrid squad of the last season. But the way Zidane managed the team is absolutely sensational.

The way Zidane introduced Valverde into the midfield to provide the long legs for running and supporting Casemiro and Kross or Modric in the middle of the park has proved to be a masterstroke.

When Zidane started the 2019-20 season, he told that the LaLiga is the top priority this season as Madrid has not won the league since 2017. Zidane has kept his words and won the LaLiga in this difficult Coronavirus effected season.

Real Madrid absolutely deserved this LaLiga for their consistency and hard work. Maybe, Madrid have finally recovered from the loss of Cristiano Ronaldo back in 2018!
