Ambati Rayudu is taking charge as Director of Cricket Operations for the HCA. The legend is ditching old-school methods for a data-driven, merit-based revolution. Over a three-year term, he aims to overhaul scouting, eliminate bias, and nurture Telangana’s raw talent. It’s a high-tech shift designed to build a sustainable pipeline, ensuring no future stars slip through the cracks of domestic cricket.
