Ranveer Singh has announced his first collaboration with director Aditya Dhar. On Saturday, Ranveer took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a collage of images and discuss his upcoming film, which Aditya will direct. The announcement was also supported by his wife, Deepika Padukone, who reshared the poster on Instagram.
The black-and-white photo collage included Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, Aditya Dhar, and Arjun Rampal. They all wore black outfits and had serious expressions. However, Ranveer did not provide any details about the film or its release date. Deepika reposted the collage on her Instagram stories.

This announcement follows the shelving of several of Ranveer’s films in recent months. These include Prashanth Varma’s Rakshas, S Shankar’s remake of Anniyan, Basil Joseph’s Shaktimaan, Karan Johar’s Takht, and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Baiju Bawra.

In addition, Ranveer will star in Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3 in the coming months. He will also feature in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again alongside Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, and Shweta Tiwari. His most recent film was Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani with Alia Bhatt.

Sanjay Dutt will star in Welcome to the Jungle alongside Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal, and Disha Patani, set to release in theaters on December 20. He is also part of Housefull 5, directed by Tarun Mansukhani, featuring Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh, and Abhishek Bachchan, with a release date of June 6, 2025.
Sanjay will also appear in the romantic comedy-drama Ghudchadi, which will begin streaming on JioCinema Premium on August 9. The film, directed by Binnoy K Gandhi, also stars Raveena Tandon, Khushalii Kumar, Parth Samthaan, and Aruna Irani.
Arjun Rampal will feature in the second season of Netflix India’s drama series Rana Naidu, joining Rana Daggubati. He was last seen in the action film Crakk alongside Vidyut Jammwal.

Madhavan and Akshaye’s Upcoming Films
R Madhavan is set to star alongside Kangana Ranaut in a psychological thriller directed by Vijay. The film promises to captivate audiences with its bilingual release in Hindi and Tamil.
Akshaye will appear in Laxman Utekar’s Chhava, featuring Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna, Ashutosh Rana, and Divya Dutta.
