Ramayana : Will Yash become the highest-paid Bollywood actor?

According to sources on News 18, KGF legend Yash is supposedly charging a whopping 200 crores for the Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi film. Yes, you read it correctly. Yash will play the role of Ravan in Nitish Tiwari’s flick. It would also be fair to assume that his involvement in the film will give it a pan-India appeal, as Yash is a household name in the South business.

In fact, one of the most frequent demands made by the Ramayana’s creators was for Yash. Earlier reports suggested that Yash was charging around 150 crores for the project. However, according to recent sources, the actor has increased his prices, and now he will be charging.

If the aforementioned story is correct, then Yash has eclipsed Bollywood’s King Khan, who is rumored to be the highest-paid actor in Bollywood. We also learned that Shah Rukh Khan allegedly charged a staggering 120 crores for Pathaan. Now, if Yash is demanding 200 crores, he is the highest-paid actor in Bollywood to date.

In Ramayana, Sunny Deol, Lara Dutta, Ravi Dubey, and others play significant roles. The film will be produced in two parts. The first portion is planned to be launched either in late 2025 or early 2026.
