According to sources close to Rajkumar Hirani, the filmmaker is now working on his next feature and has emphatically disputed the claims.
Furthermore, the insider added that there had been no negotiations with Shah Rukh or Samantha about the project. Worst case scenario, the source dismissed the idea of the actors cooperating for an untitled action-adventure patriotic film, calling the claims utterly unfounded and inaccurate.
According to media, suspicions circulated that Shah Rukh Khan might collaborate with another South actress after Nayanthara. There were reports that SRK had signed her next project with Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Furthermore, sources indicated that after Dunki, Shah Rukh was reunited with Rajkumar Hirani. The project was described as an action-adventure-patriotic picture, and additional information about it was expected.
Shah Rukh Khan last appeared in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki. The picture performed well at the box office, earning 500 cores worldwide. This was Shah Rukh Khan’s third film in 2023, and he made a comeback after four years. However, Shah Rukh may not have a release this year. The actor has also not confirmed any upcoming movie. However, sources say that he may appear in KGF-famous actor Yash’s next film, ‘Toxic’. He also has Pathaan star Siddharth Anand’s ‘King’ in the works.
