Allu Arjun’s much-awaited film **Raaka** just got a fresh update, and it comes straight from director Atlee himself, revealing an interesting casting twist most fans never knew about.

### What Atlee Revealed

During a recent appearance at *Idhayam Murali*, Atlee confirmed he had initially approached actress Preity Mukhundhan for a key role in Raaka. However, her packed schedule and prior commitments meant she couldn’t come on board, and the role reportedly went to *Minnal Murali* actress Femina George instead.

### What’s Next For Preity Mukhundhan

Meanwhile, Preity’s upcoming film *Idhayam Murali* sees her sharing screen space with Atharvaa Murali and Kayadu Lohar. The story follows Idhaya, a young man silently in love with his classmate, who struggles to confess his feelings and carries that emotion from his teenage years into adulthood, with friends stepping in to help him along the way.
