The finalization of allotment for the shares within the IPO is anticipated to occur on August 25. Shares are likely to be credited to successful bidders’ accounts on August 29, with refunds initiated for unsuccessful bidders on a preceding day. Pyramid Technoplast’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE stock exchanges on August 30.
Potential investors can place bids for Pyramid Technoplast shares within a price range of ₹151 to ₹166 each during the IPO. Bidding will be conducted in multiples of 90 shares, equivalent to a range of ₹13,590 to ₹14,940 per lot.
