Malayalam superstar Fahadh Faasil, who recently appeared in “Aavesham,” is celebrating his birthday on Thursday. To honor the occasion, the makers of his upcoming film “Pushpa 2: The Rule” have unveiled a brand-new poster from the movie.

In the film, Fahadh Faasil, affectionately known as FaFa, reprises his role as the ruthless and scheming police officer Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat from Haryana. With Fahadh returning as Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, the rivalry with Pushparaj, played by Allu Arjun, intensifies the drama.

The latest poster enhances the film’s growing excitement, joining previously released assets such as a teaser, character posters of Allu Arjun, and the hit songs “Pushpa Pushpa” and “Aangaro.” Both tracks have topped the music charts, underscoring the film’s epic potential.

Pushpa 2: The Rule,” the sequel to the 2021 hit “Pushpa: The Rise,” sees Sukumar back in the director’s chair. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film was originally slated for an August 15 release in celebration of Independence Day but has been rescheduled to December 6 for its global premiere.

Fahadh Faasil, who played the menacing villain Sp Bhanwar Singh Shekawat, also received praise. Fahad’s performance as a sinister cop heightened the film’s appeal.
