The 17-year-old made a name for himself at Euro 2024, playing a vital role on the right wing as Spain lifted the trophy in Germany. Yamal’s performances were enough to warrant an eye-catching €250 million bid from PSG this summer.
However, Barcelona did not entertain the prospect of selling Lamine Yamal for even a minute, and immediately knocked back the offer. Since then, the winger has had a bright start to life in LaLiga, scoring three goals and providing four assists in five matches.
From the looks of it, the teenager could spend his entire career with Barcelona. But, one can never say never in football.
Has Lamine Yamal been nominated for the Kopa Trophy?
Yes, he has.
