UEFA has dropped the hammer on Benfica’s Gianluca Prestianni following a volatile clash with Vinicius Jr. The winger faces a six-match ban for homophobic conduct, effectively sidelining him for two immediate games. While initial accusations suggested racism, investigators confirmed homophobic slurs. With three matches held under a two-year probation, the football world watches as FIFA considers extending this disciplinary action globally.
