Sébastien Pocognoli’s Scotland debut ended in a 0-0 stalemate against Slovenia. Starting with a 3-5-2, the team struggled until a bold half-time tactical shift to a 3-4-3 sparked life. Despite creating 2.16 xG and 17 attempts, the finishing remained elusive. With Gilmour anchoring the midfield and McGinn pushing forward, Pocognoli’s flexible philosophy is clear—but Scotland must now sharpen their clinical edge.
