Poco has confirmed the 6,500mAh battery on the upcoming Poco X7 Pro 5G via an X post. A phone will also support 90W wired fast charging as well, as confirmed by a promotional poster on Flipkart’s microsite. The Indian variant of the Poco X7 Pro 5G is expected to be priced under ₹30,000 and will offer LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, AI temperature control, and “Wildboost optimization 3.0.” Earlier reports had revealed that the phone would be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra SoC.

The design teaser indicates the device will feature a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor supported by Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), likely utilizing a Sony IMX882 sensor. The Poco X7 Pro 5G is confirmed to launch in India at 5:30 PM IST on January 9. Additionally, Poco will unveil a special Iron Man Edition of the X7 Pro globally on the same day. While details for the base Poco X7 5G are still unclear, teasers suggest it will include a 50MP AI-backed primary rear camera and a 20MP selfie camera.

The Poco X7 Pro 5G is expected to come with a 6.67-inch CrystalRez 1.5K AMOLED display. The standard Poco X7 could feature a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, a 5,110mAh battery, and 45W fast charging. Both variants are expected to feature an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
