POCO Coming With Snapdragon 8s Gen 3
The intriguing post on X reveals that the upcoming POCO device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. This announcement also indicates that this phone will be the first globally to feature this processor outside of China setting the stage for a debut. There are speculations that this new POCO smartphone might be the POCO F6. Recent sightings of model numbers 24069PC21I and 24069PC21G in the IMEI database suggest that the launch of this device is imminent.
Mr. Liu discussed the Xiaomi CIVI 4 Pro in his post. It’s important to note that this doesn’t automatically mean the CIVI 4 Pro will be rebranded as POCO. The Xiaomi CIVI 4 Pro was recently introduced in China and is recognized for being powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.
There are speculations surrounding the POCO F6, internally known as Peridot, which suggests a connection with the Redmi Note 13 Turbo from China through rebranding. Although Redmi has not officially launched the Note 13 Turbo they have acknowledged its existence and confirmed that it will utilize the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. Positioned between the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processors, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 was unveiled this week with promises of improved performance.
Furthermore a report from the publication “91mobiles Hindi” indicates that POCO has commenced testing for the POCO F6 in India. According to the report this upcoming device is expected to feature charging capabilities of up to 120W which cater to users looking for recharge solutions. Excitement grows as insiders within the industry suggest a launch of the POCO F6 month followed by its release in the market. Enthusiasts can expect to spot the phone on certification platforms before its launch sparking anticipation for what seems to be a significant new device in the POCO range.
