POCO F6 is anticipated to run on the unreleased Snapdragon SM8635 chipset. This processor may go by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC name. It’s possible that the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 will be among the new chipsets that Qualcomm releases in China on March 18. An Adreno 735 GPU is reportedly included in the upcoming chip, which is said to have an architecture akin to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
The model numbers 24069PC21G (global) and 24069PC21I (India) for the POCO F6 were discovered in the IMEI database. Additionally, it is anticipated that the POCO F6 would go on sale as the Redmi Note 13 Turbo, rebranded and bearing the product number 24069RA21C. The POCO F6 will be the Redmi Note 13 Turbo’s global release after its first release in China.
Poco F6 Specifications rumored
It is expected to launch in April, while the Redmi Note 13 Turbo will make its Chinese debut, according to the report. Thus, information regarding the POCO F6 smartphone and the new Qualcomm CPU should become available to us very soon.
The ‘vanilla’ non-Pro F6 is also on the horizon, but it will have a difficult task ahead of it given how difficult the F5 is to surpass. It will, however, reportedly attempt to do so with the as-yet-unannounced Qualcomm SM8635, which, upon its official release on March 18, may be marketed as the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 or 8s Gen 2.
Model numbers 24069PC21G and 24069PC21I, respectively, will be assigned to it in several countries. It’s interesting to note that the model number 24069RA21C for the incoming Redmi Note 13 Turbo in the Chinese market clearly implies that the Poco F6 will be a rebranded version of same.
The Poco F6 codename is supposedly “Peridot,” a yellow ruby, and Redmi Note series device codenames typically incorporate names of gemstones, so this could just be another hypothetical confirmation of the previously claimed rebranding.
