Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco on Tuesday announced that the upcoming C series smartphones will be launched globally next week, starting with a model called Poco C75. Right at the end of it, a promotional poster shows up with looks and key specs on one side.
More About the Poco C75
The Poco C75 has been listed on a certification site with 50-megapixel dual rear cameras, and a 5,160mAh battery, and it may come in two RAM and storage options. The handset is widely believed to be a rebranded version of the Redmi 14C, which debuted earlier this year.
As per the poster, the Poco C75 will officially go on sale starting October 25 and have a huge 6.88-inch screen rest of the features are under wraps for now. It will contain a 50MP primary sensor with good camera performance at its price point, and it is going to be supported by another dual rear cam unit. On the battery front, there will be a 5,160mAh cell and it comes with support for up to 18W charging, which should result in faster refills as well. Moreover, the device shall carry a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for secure and easy unlocking.
Poco has also shared details about early bird pricing for the C75. The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model will be priced at $109 (approximately ₹9,100), while the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant will be available for $129 (roughly ₹10,000). The device will come in three color options—black, gold, and green—and its circular rear camera module closely resembles the design of the Redmi 14C, reinforcing the idea that this is a rebranded version.
Assuming the Poco C75 uses identical hardware to this Redmi 14C, it will most very likely be equipped with MediaTek‘s Helio G85 SoC for a good mix between performance and price. It might also pack a 13-megapixel sensor at the front to click selfies and for video calls giving an okay-ish quality compared to its competitors.
The Redmi 14C, which launched in August, was priced at CZK 2,999 (around ₹11,100) for the base model with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, and CZK 3,699 (around ₹13,700) for the 8GB + 256GB variant, indicating that the Poco C75 could bring similar performance and value to global markets. With its competitive pricing, solid specs, and the possibility of being a rebranded Redmi 14C, the Poco C75 is shaping up to be an attractive option for budget-conscious consumers when it launches later this month.
