PlayStation Plus April 2025: Hogwarts Legacy, Blue Prince & More

PlayStation Plus subscribers on the Essential tier can already claim this month’s free games, while those on the Extra and Premium plans will get access to additional titles starting April 15, 2025. Sony is adding six new games to the PS Plus game catalog for Extra and Premium users and two retro titles for Premium members only, as detailed in a post on the official PlayStation Blog. This month’s standout is 2023’s blockbuster Hogwarts Legacy, and a new puzzle game called Blue Prince, which is set to be available on the service from April 10.

The full list for Extra and above includes Hogwarts Legacy, Blue Prince, Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape 2, EA Sports PGA Tour, Battlefield 1, and Plate Up!. Covering action, sports, and even chaotic cooperative cooking, these games all offer widely different styles of play. Meanwhile, Premium subscribers can also indulge in two nostalgic classics: Alone in the Dark 2 from the original PlayStation and War of the Monsters from the PS2.

These titles will add to the Premium classics library, as Sony attempts to bring legacy content to modern-day players. Blue Prince is already accumulating widespread buzz among the new entries. Developed by Dogubomb and published by Raw Fury, it’s receiving rave reviews and has the highest Metacritic score of any release in 2025 to date.
