## What Makes Physical: 100 So Addictive?

Honestly? It’s the formula. One hundred elite competitors — athletes, fighters, firefighters, soldiers — battle it out across brutal challenges to find who has the most complete physique. Every contestant gets a plaster cast made of their torso that gets *smashed* when they’re eliminated. It’s dramatic, it’s cinematic, and every episode ends on a cliffhanger. No wonder it racked up over **309 million hours viewed** by end of 2025.

## The Spin-Offs, Explained

**Physical: Asia (2025)** took the format international first, pitting teams of six from eight countries — South Korea, Japan, Mongolia, Indonesia, Thailand, Turkey, Australia, and the Philippines — against each other. The team chemistry and cross-cultural friendships made it a joy to watch. It pulled in over **135 million hours** in just its first two months.

**Physical: Welcome to Mongolia (2025)** was a 4-episode love letter to Team Mongolia after they became unexpected fan favourites in *Physical: Asia*. Short, sweet, and surprisingly heartwarming.

**Physical 100: Italy** is the closest to release, already confirmed for **2026** with a cast including Olympic swimmer Federica Pellegrini and kickboxer Elisabetta Canalis.

**Physical 100: Mexico** follows close behind, featuring wrestlers, MMA fighters, Olympians, and military personnel competing in a pre-Hispanic arena setting.

**Physical 100: Sweden** is heading into filming in **May 2026**, while **Physical 100: USA** wrapped its casting process and is now in production — promising the biggest, most physically dominant cast yet.
