AnTuTu recently published a report that shows the specs of the smartphones distributed in the third quarter of 2020. The point to note, all these stats are based on the specifications of smartphones of the AnTuTu users.

It is revealed that the majority of the consumers, in Q3 2020, are preferring Qualcomm’s processor and that also with eight cores. 57.5% of distributed smartphones are equipped with Qualcomm’s processor and 95.1% of the total smartphones have an octa-core processor. Among this 95.1%, other processors of Samsung (14.9%), MediaTek (12.4%), and Huawei (14.1%) are there with Qualcomm.

Coming to the memory part, the maximum of the smartphones distributed in Q3 2020 and also reached AnTuTu are carrying 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. 34.3% of the phones have 6GB RAM and 41.3% of phones have 128GB internal storage. In the case of RAM, the next big percentage is 27.4% which is for 4GB RAM phones, and just next to it, there are 8GB RAM phones (18.8%). With the various RAM options, 33.2% of consumers are considering 64GB internal storage, and 11.8% go for 32GB storage.
