Philips has launched multiple products in their 2022 lineup of audio products in India. The lineup includes the TAT2206 and TAT2236 truly wireless stereo earphones, TAA4216 sports headphones, and TAX5206 and TAX3206 party speakers. Let us take a detailed look at the specs of these new audibles.
Philips TAT2206 and TAT2236 TWS buds:
The two new TWS earphones offered by Philips are similar to one another in almost all the features except for their audio driver sizes and silicon tip offerings. The TAT2206BK arrives with a 6mm dynamic driver and soft silicone tips.
On the other hand, the Philips TAT2236BK is equipped with 12mm dynamic drivers and does not feature any sort of cushioning. Both the TWS has an identical stem design that comes with Bluetooth 5.0 support.
The earbuds offer up to 6 hours of playback time on a single charge which could further be extended to 18 hours with the charging case. The earphones also claim to offer an hour of playback time with just 15 minutes of charge time via a USB Type C port.
The earphones come with Mono Mode which lets users use just one earbud for calls, it also comes with an IPX4 water resistance rating.
The Philips TAT2206 and TAT2236 TWS earphones are priced at 6,999 INR. They will be available at a special price of 3,499 INR and 3,399 respectively, which is valid till January 31.
Philips TAA4216BK wireless sports headphones:
The new Philips wireless sports headphones come with Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and feature 40mm, dynamic drivers, for amazing bass and clear sound. The headphones offer 35 hours of battery life after a 2-hour charge. The headphones get quick charging support as well which provides up to 2 hours of playback time with just 15 minutes of charging.
The headphones also support a wired connection with a 3.5mm audio jack. It comes with an in-built mic, and a multifunctional button that offers pause/play music, skip tracks, take calls, volume control, and activate the voice assistant of your smartphone.
The Philips TAA4216BK wireless sports headphones come with an IP55 dust and water resistance certification.
The Philips TAA4216 Sports Headphones have been priced at 8,999 INR, however, they will be available for 4,699 INR till January 31st.
Philips TAX5206 and TAX3206 party speakers:
The Philips TAX5206 party speaker houses two, 8″ woofers and two, 2.5″ tweeters to deliver a max output of 160W. The speakers have karaoke support, echo control, local fader, voice changer, and more.
The party speakers offer different inputs for the mic and guitar with their own volume controls on the speaker. The Philips TAX5206 party speaker supports Bluetooth5.0 and weighs 10.52KG.
It has an LED display screen, speaker light effect, strobe lights, and a trolley design for better portability.
The Philips TAX3206 party speaker has an 8″ woofer and a 2.5″ tweeter enabling it to deliver a max output of 80W. It weighs 6.95KG and has a built-in carry handle for easier portability.
The TAX3206 has all the other features that are listed above for the TAX5206 party speaker. Both speakers come with inbuilt batteries and are capable of delivering up to 14 hours of playback on a single charge.
The TAX5206 and TAX3206 speakers are priced at 21,990 INR and 15,990 INR respectively. The speakers will be available at a special sale price of 17,990 INR for the TAX5206 and the TAX3206 will be priced at 11,690 INR which will be valid till the 31st of January.
