Konami had already announced that they won’t be releasing a new Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) game this year, rather they would give a PES 2021 season update. This is mainly due to the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic that they won’t a releasing a new game this year but has already started working on PES 2022
PES 2021 Season Update has now arrived on 15th September.

In PES 21, Konami has featured their four ambassadors on the cover:
- Bayern Munich’s Alphonso Davies
- Barcelona’s Lionel Messi
- Juventus’ Cristiano Ronaldo
- Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford
Konami has decided to give a season update as PES 2021 and has already started working on PES 2022, which they claim to be a game-changer as they will be switching to Unreal engine from Fox engine.
