French giants Paris Saint-Germain has recently signed Gianluigi Donnarumma on a free transfer as his contract with AC Milan ended this summer. Donnarumma has been the Player of the Tournament in Euro 2020 after his heroics in the penalty shootout of both the semi-final and final.
PSG’s starting goalkeeper in the last few seasons, Keylor Navas will get stiff competition from Donnarumma for the starting spot.
PSG has also signed Real Madrid legend Sergio Ramos on a free transfer as well and have also brought in Hakimi from Inter. They are now hoping to launch a serious challenge for the UEFA Champions League 2021-22 season.

But a strange thing has occurred with PSG and their goalkeepers. PSG currently has 9 Goalkeepers in their squad, which is an absurd case.
The Goalkeepers who are currently contracted at PSG are:
- Keylor Navas
- Gianluigi Donnarumma
- Marcin Bulka
- Alphonse Areola
- Denis Franchi
- Sergio Rico
- Alexandre Letellier
- Garissone Innocent
- Lucas Lavallee
The amount of goalkeepers PSG have in the squad is quite strange with only Navas and Donnarumma laying a real claim in the starting XI.
