The much-anticipated ‘Arjun Chakravarthy’ is set to take viewers on an enthralling journey, rekindling the glory of a forgotten era in Indian sports history besides celebrating the indomitable spirit of Arjun Chakravarthy, the Kabaddi legend who proudly characterized India.
The film’s cast includes Sijaa Rose, Dayanand Reddy, Ajay Ghosh, and Durgesh, who will add depth to the story. Srini Gubbala’s ‘Arjun Chakravarthy’ will be a cinematic honour to the underappreciated Kabaddi champion and will be released nationwide. In addition to life shot in Telugu and Tamil, the film will be dubbed into Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.

The makers of Vijaya Rama Raju starrer ‘Arjun Chakravarthy: Journey of an Unsung Champion’ on Friday revealed the first look poster of the actor, in which he can be seen standing in the middle of the stadium with a medal in his hand, looking proud. The movie is based on the actual life level of a Kabaddi player who represented India in the 1980s; it presents rustic and raw descriptions while capturing the struggles and triumphs of a sportsperson.
The first-look poster of the thespian features a text: “Arjun Chakravarthy’s impression on Indian Kabaddi parallels Kapil Dev’s Influence on Indian cricket during the 1980s”.
It raises the expectations to the following level and also raises intrigue about Arjun’s inspiring story that will be disclosed very soon on big screens.
The film is bent by Srini Gubbala, written and directed by Vikrant Rudra, and stars Vijaya Rama Raju besides Sija Rose in the lead. Ajay, Dayanand Reddy, Ajay Ghosh, and Durgesh will play pivotal roles.
Vijaya has undergone a substantial physical alteration for this role. The movie has a top-notch technical team. Vignesh Baskaran is constituting the music, while Jagadeesh Chetaki is handling the cinematography. Smith Patel is handling the Art Direction, and Pradeep Nandan is in charge of editing.

Shot in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously and being dubbed in Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada, The Glance is slated for a Pan-India release.
