Ousmane Dembele is on the verge of leaving Barcelona in the summer as a free agent. The Frenchman’s contract is set to expire at the end of the season, and while the contract offer from before is still on the table, it seems unlikely that the player will be accepting their terms.

He had a grand falling out with the board in the January transfer window, with club officials asking for him to leave the club. However, he decided to stay for the remainder of the season and will be walking out for free when his contract is over.

According to sources at AS, the player already has an agreement in place with PSG for a move in the summer. Insiders at Barcelona are convinced that he is headed to the French capital, and already has a deal in place.

But, with PSG’s sporting director Leonardo’s future up in the air, things are not so certain just yet. As a result, we will have to wait until the end of the season to find out whether the claim is legible or not.

During the last few weeks, Ousmane Dembele has proved that he is still one of the top players in his position, earning a place in the starting lineup despite the remarks from the board that he would be relegated to the bench for the rest of the season.

Considering that Angel Di Maria could end up leaving Paris as a free agent as well, Dembele would be a great replacement. The Argentina international has not been offered a new deal by the board and has a strong chance to enter talks with other clubs.
