OPPO Reno 14 Series Appears on Geekbench with Dimensity 8400 SoC, 12GB RAM, and Flat Display Design
Named PKZ110, the Reno 14 comes with a motherboard labeled k6899v1_64. It lists a CPU configuration of four cores at 2.10GHz, three at 3GHz, and one high-core at 3.25GHz — a configuration that also matches the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset, which was introduced last month. The onboard GPU is the Mali-G720 MC7. The Geekbench listing also reveals 12GB of RAM, though additional variants might be announced at launch.
The Reno 14 posted results of 1,612 in single-core and 6,404 in multi-core benchmarks. By contrast, the Dimensity 8350-powered OPPO Reno 13 managed 1,256 and 3,958 in similar tests. We’ve already been told that Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro will switch from the curved panels of the Reno 13 series to flat ones, with screen size and resolution remaining the same. Rumors suggest that a periscope camera may be included, though it could be exclusive to the Pro version.
Both models are expected to house large batteries starting at 6,000mAh, along with 80W fast charging support. Leaked renders show a square-shaped camera module, reminiscent of the iPhone Pro series, and an aluminum frame for a premium feel. The OPPO Reno 14 is also anticipated to launch in India shortly after its Chinese debut. For reference, the Reno 13 series launched in India in January with a starting price of ₹37,999.
