The Oppo Find N3, a new book-style foldable smartphone from the Chinese manufacturer, was launched on October 19. It serves as the successor to last year’s Oppo Find N2 and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Interestingly, this launch coincided with the unveiling of OnePlus Open, a smartphone co-developed by both Oppo and OnePlus. The Oppo Find N3 introduces a new Flexion hinge, rigorously tested for 1,000,000 folds.
Oppo Find N3 Pricing and Specifications
The Oppo Find N3 is priced at SGD 2,399 (approximately ₹1,45,300) for the 16GB + 256GB storage variant and is available in Champagne Gold and Classic Black colors. Pre-orders in Singapore will begin on October 20. This dual SIM (Nano) device runs on Android 13 with the ColorOS 13 interface. It boasts a substantial 7.82-inch 2K (2,268 x 2,440 pixels) LTPO 3.0 AMOLED display with a pixel density of 426ppi and a dynamic refresh rate of 120Hz.
The inner screen offers a touch response rate of up to 240Hz and can reach peak brightness levels of up to 2,800 nits, all while being protected by Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG). Additionally, the foldable smartphone features a cover screen with a 6.31-inch 2K (1,116 x 2,484 pixels) AMOLED display that offers a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a pixel density of 431ppi.
Oppo has equipped the Find N3 with Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, complemented by an Adreno 740 GPU. It can be configured with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and this capacity can be virtually expanded to 12GB by utilizing unused storage. The phone offers up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 onboard storage.
In the camera department, the Oppo Find N3 boasts a Hasselblad-branded triple rear camera setup. This setup includes a 48-megapixel Sony LYTIA-T808 1/1.43-inch primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and electronic image stabilization (EIS), a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B sensor with 3x optical zoom, and a 48-megapixel Sony IMX581 sensor. Selfies and video chats are handled by a 20-megapixel front camera on the inner display and a 32-megapixel secondary front camera on the outer screen.
The device is equipped with various sensors, including an accelerometer, gyroscope, hall sensor, proximity sensor, geomagnetic sensor, under-screen ambient light sensor, and under-screen color temperature sensor. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports face unlock. Additionally, it incorporates OnePlus’ tri-state alert slider to manage ring, mute, and silent modes. The Oppo Find N3 is powered by a 4,805mAh battery with support for 67W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging.
