Earlier this week renders of its upcoming OnePlus TV Y1S Series were revealed which are now confirmed to launch in the market along with the OnePlus Nord CE 2 on February 17th, 2022. Now, we have more information with respect to the specs and features of the upcoming TV Series.
As per tipster Abhishek Yadav, OnePlus will launch new smart TV models in their Y1S range. The vanilla model of the Y1S will come in two sizes, 32″ and 43″ respectively. The SmartTVs are expected to arrive with Dolby Atmos audio support.
The OnePlus smart televisions will run on Android TV 11 by default. It packs 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. In addition to this, the smart TVs will also have dual-band Wi-Fi. It is powered by the MediaTek MT9216 and comes with G31 MP2 for graphics.
OnePlus has teased more features of the upcoming Smart TV on its Amazon India landing page.
As per the company, the Smart TV will feature a bezel-less design and it will be powered by the Gamma Engine to deliver smooth frames. The company also confirmed that the TV will have Android TV 11 OS, which means it will have features like One-time App permissions, auto low latency mode, inattentive sleep, and much more.
It will also feature seamless integration with other OnePlus ecosystem devices, like the OnePlus TWS earbuds, the OnePlus Watch, and smartphones.
OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus Y1S Series will launch at 7 PM on February 17th, 2022. The brand has yet to reveal the prices of the upcoming smart TVs but as per the rumors they are expected to be priced around 20,000 INR for the 32″ Y1S model and 25,000 INR for the 43″ Y1S model.
