OnePlus Watch 3 Launching February 18; Design, Battery Teased

The OnePlus Watch 3 has been the focus of speculation for weeks, but now the company has officially confirmed its global launch. OnePlus has announced the launch date of its upcoming smartwatch and also shared a glimpse of its design and focus features including battery performance. The new wearable will feature a larger battery than the OnePlus Watch 2, which launched in February 2024 with a 500mAh cell providing up to 12 days of usage.

The OnePlus Watch 3 will arrive in select global markets on February 18 at 8 AM EST, 1 PM GMT or 6:30 PM IST. The official page highlights the design of the OnePlus Watch 3, which seems to come with two strap choices — black and green. However, there is no word yet on its launch in India.

OnePlus has also teased a sapphire crystal display and a titanium bezel with the OnePlus Watch 3. The smartwatch battery life is claimed to be up to five days in Smart Mode, a considerable improvement over its predecessor, which provided up to 100 hours in the same mode. Customers who register on the OnePlus Watch 3 landing page can receive a discount of up to EUR 80 (approximately ₹7,200) on the final price. They also have an opportunity to win the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus Watch 3. In the US, registered users can also win OnePlus Pad 2 or OnePlus Buds Pro 3.

Earlier reports suggested that the OnePlus Watch 3 might include an ECG feature, capable of detecting conditions such as atrial fibrillation (AFib), frequent PVCs, and abnormal heart rates. It is also rumored to offer a 60-second Checkup, which can monitor heart health, blood vessel elasticity, vascular age, and more.
