OnePlus Unveils SuperVOOC 150W Power Bank: Fast Charging and Versatility at an Affordable Price

The OnePlus 13T, a compact flagship with the Snapdragon 8 Elite, launched alongside the SuperVOOC power bank in China. The power bank charges up to three devices simultaneously with a USB-C port, a USB-A port, and a built-in cable. With 100W max power output available from any of the three ports (150W total output when more than one port is used). OnePlus says it can charge a 2021 MacBook Pro from 0% to 54% in about 30 minutes. Additionally, the SuperVOOC 150 W is capable of fast self-recharging.

Using a compatible fast charger, the power bank can be charged from 0% to 100% in about 2 hours, the Aohi 140 W GaN charger (currently $49.99 on Amazon) being one example. The OnePlus 13T can be recharged around 2.36 times by the 20,000 mAh internal battery. The power bank also has a built-in display that shows the amount of battery power, but it doesn’t include more detailed input/output information found on some other high-capacity power banks.

The SuperVOOC 150 W supports a wide range of charging protocols, including PD 3.0, QC 3.0, and PPS, making it compatible with most devices. Other key features include multiple safety protections, flight-safe certification, and a slot for the foldable Type-C cable. While the product is priced at CNY 349, OnePlus has yet to announce global availability, but is expected to release it internationally soon.
