In April 2025, a [OnePlus](https://www.oneplus.in/)tablet with the model number ‘OPD2415’ appeared on India’s BIS certification database, hinting at a possible upcoming launch. Initial reports led me to believe that it could be the OnePlus Pad 3, but new reports seem to point towards the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro. But none of that is confirmed yet. The tablet is now listed on Geekbench, and its first-look images, along with key specs, can be seen, hinting at the fact that the device will be named the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro.

According to the latest update shared by @yabhishekhd, the OPPO OnePlus Pad 2 Pro is likely to be driven by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which is supposed to be an upgrade from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The device could be equipped with LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and run on Android 15 with ColorOS 15 on top. It is expected to come equipped with a 13.2-inch IPS LCD display that offers 3.4K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 900 nits peak brightness.

Additional features include a 13MP primary camera, an 8MP front camera, a 12,140mAh battery with 67W wired fast charging, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port. The tablet is also expected to have 8 speakers, a thickness of 5.97mm, and weigh 675g. The first-look pictures reveal the tablet in Black/Grey and White/Silver hues.

The design aspect offers a flat display, rear side, side-facing edges, a pill-shaped single camera along with an LED flash, a forward-facing camera positioned on a bezel when used in landscape mode, and top POGO pins and volume rockers.

It also has two mic holes, two visible speakers, and a USB Type-C charging port. Interestingly, the design and specs sound like OPPO’s Pad 4 Pro tablet. And well, it’s worth mentioning that the OnePlus Pad 2 might indeed be a rebranded OPPO Pad 3 Pro, while the OnePlus Pad 3 might be rebranded OPPO Pad 4 Pro.

The OnePlus ‘OPD2415’ tablet scored 3067 in single-core and 8897 in multi-core tests on Geekbench. Performance details, including the [Snapdragon](https://technosports.co.in/?s=Snapdragon) 8 Elite processor (clocked at 4.32 GHz), Adreno 830 GPU, Android 15, and 12GB RAM, were also revealed.
