The informant also divulges essential details about the upcoming OnePlus Open, essentially the global version of the Oppo Find N3. These devices are reported to boast a 7.82-inch OLED inner display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 6.31-inch OLED outer screen with the same 120Hz refresh rate.

Digital Chat Station provides further insights, mentioning that the OnePlus Open will sport a triple rear camera configuration, consisting of a 48-megapixel primary camera, a 48-megapixel secondary camera, and a 64-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. For selfies and video calls, it’s said to feature a 32-megapixel or 20-megapixel front-facing camera.

Powering the device will be a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, complemented by 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage, as per the informant’s information. The smartphone is also rumored to pack a 4,805mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging.

OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has recently revealed that the company has secured 35 patents for the innovative hinge design of the OnePlus Open. The device will also include OnePlus’s popular alert slider. More details about the OnePlus Open and the Oppo Find N3 are expected to emerge when these smartphones are officially unveiled in the coming days.
