The Chinese smartphone giant is slowly and steadily revealing various specs of its upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G smartphone which seems to be a good offering for those who are looking for a reliable 5G option on a budget. Essentially it packs a lot of good features from its brother – the Nord CE 2 we reviewed but comes with a completely new design.

It retains some of the great features like the big 5000mAh battery and 33W SuperVOOC fast charging. For a smartphone under Rs.20k, these small features seem to play a key role as even Samsung is not bundling chargers into their smartphones which have angered buyers.
OnePlus has recently revealed the design of this new OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G and it bears a lot of similarities with the original Nord CE 2.
However, there is a new Blue Tider color used and a striped design at the back of the smartphone while the camera cutout design remains similar and the bezels are quite big considering to be the new budget smartphone from OnePlus.
Recently OnePlus has confirmed that it will house a 64MP AI Triple camera into this Nord CE 2 Lite 5G, similar to its brother. It also confirmed that its new camera will support Nightscape mode for better nighttime photos.
