URL: https://technosports.co.in/oneplus-nord-buds-4-pro-review/ Published: 2026-04-13 Updated: 2026-04-13 Author: Raunak Saha OnePlus has a strong track record of punching above its price bracket in the audio segment, and the **Nord Buds 4 Pro** might be the most convincing proof of that yet. At **₹3,999**, these are not just an incremental update over the Nord Buds 3 Pro — they represent a genuine quality leap for the Nord audio series, bringing near-flagship features to a budget-friendly price point. After daily use, here is our full verdict. --- ![OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro](https://technosports.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG20260412185820-1024x768.jpg) ![OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro](https://technosports.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG20260412185744-1024x768.jpg) ![OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro](https://technosports.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG20260412185732-1024x768.jpg) ## Design & Build The Nord Buds 4 Pro arrive with a redesigned charging case that is over 10% smaller than the previous generation — more pocket-friendly without sacrificing battery capacity. The earbuds themselves weigh just 4.4g each, making them comfortable for extended wear. Both the earbuds and case carry an **IP55 rating** for dust and splash resistance, so gym sessions and commutes in light rain are no concern. Available in Radiant Gray and Raven Black, the aesthetic is clean and understated — fitting for a professional daily driver. --- ![OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro](https://technosports.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG20260412185751-1024x768.jpg) ## Sound Quality The headline upgrade here is the new **12mm titanium-coated dynamic drivers**, which OnePlus claims deliver double the power output compared to the 12.4mm units in the Nord Buds 3 Pro. In real-world listening, that claim holds up — bass is noticeably deeper and punchier, while vocals remain clear and well-separated. The addition of **LHDC 5.0 codec** support and **Hi-Res Audio certification** means that when paired with a compatible device, you are getting genuinely high-fidelity wireless streaming that has no business existing at this price. **3D Spatial Audio** and a dedicated **Game Sound Spatial Audio** mode (useful for titles like BGMI and Free Fire) round out an impressive audio package. --- ![OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro](https://technosports.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG20260412185848-1024x768.jpg) ## Active Noise Cancellation This is where the Nord Buds 4 Pro make the biggest generational jump. ANC tops out at **55dB with a 5000Hz noise reduction bandwidth** — the highest ever in the Nord Buds lineup and backed by a **TÜV Rheinland certification**. The three adjustable levels (Light, Moderate, Maximum) work well across different environments, and the AI-driven real-time adaptation means you are not manually toggling modes on a busy street. Compared to the 49dB on the Nord Buds 3 Pro, this is a meaningful, noticeable improvement in daily use. --- ## Call Quality OnePlus has doubled the microphone count from three to **six mics** (three per earbud), paired with **AI Clear Call** technology. Wind noise suppression is rated up to 25km/h, which covers most outdoor scenarios. Call quality is crisp and clean — voices come through clearly even in moderately noisy environments like cafes and metro stations. The AI translation feature via the HeyMelody app (English, Hindi, Spanish, French) on OxygenOS 15.0.1+ devices is a genuinely surprising addition at this price. --- ![OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro](https://technosports.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG20260412185832-1024x768.jpg) ## Battery Life OnePlus rates the Nord Buds 4 Pro at **up to 54 hours total playback** (earbuds + case, ANC off, AAC mode, 50% volume) — a solid jump from the 44 hours on the previous generation. A 10-minute quick charge delivers up to 5 hours of playback. Real-world usage comfortably delivers multi-day battery life for most users, making these ideal for frequent travellers and long commuters. --- ## Connectivity **Bluetooth 6.0** brings a more stable and faster connection compared to BT 5.3 on the Nord Buds 3 Pro, with a rated range of up to 10 meters. **Google Fast Pair** and **Microsoft Swift Pair** support makes pairing seamless across Android and Windows devices. Dual-device connectivity is also on board for switching between your phone and laptop without friction. --- ![OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro](https://technosports.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/IMG20260412185501-1024x768.jpg) ## Price & Verdict At **₹3,999**, the OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro is an easy recommendation. You are getting TÜV-certified 55dB ANC, Hi-Res Audio with LHDC 5.0, six-mic AI call quality, 54-hour battery life, and Bluetooth 6.0 — features that typically cost significantly more. The Nord series has always been about value, and this generation enhances every pillar of that promise without cutting corners. If you are in the market for TWS earbuds under ₹4,000 in India, it genuinely does not get better than this right now.
