OnePlus just dropped its first hint — and the Nord faithful are paying attention. [OnePlus](https://www.oneplus.in/) India took to X with the caption “Entering the Nord era soon,” alongside an airport X-ray-style graphic featuring the Nord 6 in a teal colourway — the signature colour of the Nord series. A microsite has also gone live on Amazon India, confirming the phone is heading to the country very soon.

## What We Know About the OnePlus Nord 6 So Far

According to reliable tipster Yogesh Brar, the OnePlus Nord 6 is expected to be a rebranded OnePlus Turbo 6 that launched in China — which means the spec sheet is already largely known. The headline features are a massive **9,000mAh silicon carbon battery** and the capable **Snapdragon 8s Gen 4** chip, which also powers the Xiaomi Pad 8. It’s a serious spec package for what’s traditionally been a mid-range series.

The price bump is worth noting. The Nord 6 is expected to carry a higher price tag than its predecessor, potentially shifting into a slightly more premium bracket due to the ongoing RAM crisis. For context, the Nord 5 launched at ₹31,999, so a starting price of ₹35,000–₹40,000 would mark a meaningful step up.
