OnePlus has officially announced the Pac-Man Edition of the Nord 2 smartphone. The OnePlus Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition is not going on sale right away, the company did not even reveal the image of the device but it launched a Pac-Man competition where winners will get to win the limited edition smartphone as well as a pair of the OnePlus Buds Z TWS earbuds or early access vouchers from the OnePlus store.
The Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition bears the same specs as the regular Nord 2 5G smartphone. This edition is available in a 12GB RAM+256GB storage option only. In addition to this, the Pac-Man edition features a glow-in-the-dark back along with Pac-Man themes.
As a reminder, the Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition packs a 6.43″ AMOLED display with a Full-HD+ resolution and support for a screen refresh rate of 90Hz. The device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
The device has a triple camera setup on the rear with a 50MP primary Sony IMX766 sensor. There is also an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a monochrome sensor of 2MP. It features a 32MP Sony IMX615 selfie camera.
Other features include a 4,500mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging. There is also an in-display fingerprint scanner and support for Face Unlock.
Coming to the pricing of the device, the OnePlus Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition will be available to buyers in the EU, UK, and India. The device will be sold for Euro 529 in Europe, 499 Pounds in the UK, and 37,999 INR in India. This is slightly higher than the price of the regular Nord 2 variant. OnePlus has not yet released a date for the sale of the phone.
