OnePlus is preparing to introduce the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro in China next month, and recently, the phone’s details were spotted on the Geekbench website, providing insight into some of its key specifications. The device is identified by the model number PJA110.
Earlier this year, OnePlus launched the OnePlus Ace 2 in China, which later made its way to India under the name OnePlus 11R 5G. The OnePlus Ace 2 features a 6.74-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display.
The Upcoming OnePlus Ace 2 Pro
As per a report from TechGoing, the alleged OnePlus Ace 2 Pro was recently benchmarked on Geekbench 6 with the model number PJA110, revealing the smartphone’s processor details. The upcoming OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is rumored to be equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, coupled with up to 16GB of RAM.
The processor consists of three cores operating at 2.02GHz, four cores at 2.80GHz, and one core at 3.19GHz. It is anticipated that the device will come pre-installed with Android 13. Geekbench scores for the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro were also disclosed, showing a result of 1,574 in the single-core test and 5,071 in the multi-core test. However, the listing did not provide any further details about the phone.
Previous leaks on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo suggested that the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro would feature an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 SoC, but the latest details from Geekbench contradict these reports.
Furthermore, the leaked details suggested that the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro would feature an impressive camera setup, including a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64M primary sensor with an f/1.79 aperture, an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 sensor with an ultra-wide camera lens, and a 2-megapixel GalaxyCore GC02M sensor designed for capturing macro shots.
