## **Major Battery Upgrade**

The standout feature is the **7,000mAh+ battery**—a substantial 20% increase over the OnePlus 13s’ 5,850mAh cell. This massive capacity positions the 15S among the longest-lasting compact flagships, addressing one of the biggest pain points for power users.

Paired with **100W fast charging** (up from 80W), the device promises both extended usage and quick top-ups when needed.

## **Performance & Display**

The OnePlus 15s will retain the **6.32-inch flat 1.5K OLED screen** from its predecessor—a compact size preferred by users who want manageable, pocket-friendly devices. This display continues OnePlus’s trend of offering flat screens without curved edges.

Powered by Qualcomm’s **Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5** chipset (the same processor expected in the OnePlus 15), the 15s ensures flagship-level performance despite its compact form factor.

## **Design & Build Quality**

Leaked details suggest a **minimalist camera module design** resembling the upcoming OnePlus 15, which launches in China later this month. The device will feature a **metal middle frame** for durability and premium feel.

An **ultrasonic fingerprint sensor** replaces the optical sensor, offering faster, more secure unlocking even with wet or dirty fingers—a significant usability upgrade.

## **Launch Strategy & Naming**

Following OnePlus’s previous strategy, the 15S will likely launch as the **OnePlus 15T in China** before arriving in India and other markets as the **OnePlus 15s**. This mirrors how the OnePlus 13T (China) became the OnePlus 13s (India) with a ₹54,999 price tag in June 2024.

The OnePlus 13s came in Black Velvet, Green Silk, and Pink Satin colors with a customizable Plus Key for switching sound profiles, launching AI features, accessing the camera, or turning on the flashlight.
