OnePlus is set to launch its latest smartphone, the OnePlus 13T, later this month in China. There has been no confirmation regarding an Indian or global launch, but the phone has already created interest for its compact form factor, powerful internal hardware, and a few curious changes, including a large battery and a new programmable shortcut button taking the place of the classic Alert Slider. The brand has called the phone a “big devil, small screen,” which suggests flagship-level performance crammed into a smaller body.

While complete specifications have yet to be released, leaks have indicated that the OnePlus 13T will utilize a 6.3-inch OLED screen sporting 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It should be smaller than the OnePlus 13 (with its 6.82-inch screen) and weigh some 185 grams, making it lighter and more pocket-friendly. In terms of performance, the 13T is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset — the same high-end SoC used in the OnePlus 13 — along with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

Benchmark leaks suggest the device topping 3 million on AnTuTu, indicating elite-level performance. The 13T is expected to feature a huge 6,200mAh battery with support for 80W wired fast charging but no wireless charging. For cameras, the device is said to feature a 50MP main sensor with OIS and a 50MP telephoto lens with 2x zoom. However, it might not get an ultra-wide lens. For the front, a punch-hole selfie camera should be lined up.

One of the biggest changes is the new “Magic Cube” button that has replaced the traditional Alert Slider. The button will also be programmable to perform functions such as opening an application or toggling sound profiles. If pricing follows the previous T-series trend, the OnePlus 13T could launch in China between ₹47,000 and ₹53,000. Indian pricing may differ based on local taxes and availability.
