OnePlus 13T 3C Certified, May Feature Snapdragon 8 Elite

OnePlus is reportedly gearing up to launch three new smartphones in China during the second quarter of this year. These include the OnePlus 13T, previously known as the OnePlus 13 Mini, along with the Ace 5V and Ace 5S. Now, a mysterious Oppo smartphone with the PKX110 model number recently received 3C certification in China. This device is said to be the future OnePlus 13T, a small form factor smartphone by the company with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset inside, per trusted leaker Digital Chat Station.

The listing from 3C confirms that the OnePlus 13T, identified by the PKX110 model number, will support 80W fast charging. The listing, however, does not reveal any further specifications. Based on previous leaks, the OnePlus 13T is expected to feature a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Moreover, it is said to come with an in-display fingerprint sensor which will be of short-focus type as an additional security feature.

A sturdy metal middle frame and a glass back will complete the phone’s build, giving it a premium feel. At the back, the phone is expected to feature a circular camera module that will include a 50-megapixel main sensor with OIS support, alongside another 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom support. On the inside, the phone is likely to pack the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset under the hood, making it a powerful device in its category.

A 6,000mAh battery will likely keep the lights on, and this might also support wireless charging. According to speculations, the OnePlus 13T will be the most affordable smartphone to come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. This suggests that its price may undercut the Realme GT 7 Pro Arching Edition, which is currently the cheapest Snapdragon 8 Elite phone in the market, priced at 3,099 Yuan (approximately $430).
