OnePlus 13s Teased with Plus Key and New Colours Ahead of Launch

The OnePlus 13s is expected to debut in India soon, although the official launch date hasn’t been disclosed yet. Ahead of the launch, several key features have already been confirmed. Perhaps the most interesting part of this teaser is the presence of a customisable “Plus Key,” and it is likely to be the replacement for the Alert Slider available on older OnePlus phones. The Plus Key should retain the usual slide function but add new functions to the mix, like switching on AI features, altering the brightness, screen capturing, or using it as a shortcut to open the camera shutter or voice recording.

The OnePlus 13s is widely believed to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus 13T, which launched in China in April. The upcoming model is expected to feature a 6.32-inch display and be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Based on current listings, including a dedicated Amazon microsite and the official OnePlus India page, the phone will be sold via Amazon India and the company’s official e-store.

Drawing parallels to the OnePlus 13T, the OnePlus 13s may come equipped with a 6,260mAh battery supporting 80W fast charging. It could also feature a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens offering up to 2x optical zoom. On the front, users can expect a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The handset is also likely to come with an IP65 rating, ensuring protection against dust and light splashes.
