OnePlus 13 to Feature 6,000mAh Battery and 100W Charging, New Details Revealed Before Launch

The OnePlus 13 is scheduled to go official in China on October 31, and the brand has been dropping hints about what we can expect from the device. Although the battery specifics and charging functionality are not mentioned, recent Weibo posts have already established that it will feature a significant boost in battery over the OnePlus 12. Likewise, the new model will feature 100W fast-charging wired and 50W wireless fast-charging. OnePlus 13 will run on the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Processor from Qualcomm and can get options for up to 24GB RAM and a maximum storage capacity of 1TB.

OnePlus announces a 6,000mAh battery capacity on the OnePlus 13 via Weibo images. The device will support 100W wired charging, which is expected to fully charge the battery from 0 to 100% in just 36 minutes, as well as 50W wireless charging. OnePlus 13, on the other hand will support the upcoming 100W-ever universal fast charging standard for rapid charge from third-party adapters as well. Users can expect up to 11 hours of video playback and chat time on a single charge, along with 7.1 hours of cycling navigation time when fully charged.

More Chinese listing reaffirmations suggest the OnePlus 13 will have an alert slider on its left edge, stereo dual speakers and an IR blaster. It will also house NFC functionality as well and a USB 3.2 Gen Type-C port for faster data transmission.

The launch event will take place on October 31 at 4:00 PM local time (1:30 PM IST). The OnePlus 13 will be available in three color options: Black Obsidian Secret Realm, Blues Moment, and White Dew Morning Dawn. Running on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, it will showcase BOE’s Oriental X2 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision, along with a Hasselblad-branded rear camera setup featuring three 50-megapixel sensors.
