AnTuTu has revealed two charts monthly — for flagship and upper-midrange smartphones for the previous month. Here are October’s charts along with an extra one for tablets. Here in the flagship segment, it then shines the spotlight on the latest premium chipsets from Qualcomm and MediaTek, with Qualcomm leading the charge.

OnePlus 13 and iQOO 13 Dominating AnTuTu
The maximum score of 2,926,644 average points in October is set by the OnePlus 13, while the second position is taken by the iQOO 13 with 2,906,489. Both smartphones are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. Third, we have one of the first phones with the Dimensity 9400, the Vivo X200 Pro, and the Oppo Find X8 Pro and Find X8 (both powered by the latest MediaTek chip) followed close behind. The MediaTek-powered vivo X200 claimed sixth place.
Xiaomi 15 takes seventh place ahead of vivo X200 Pro mini, Xiaomi 15 Pro, and iQOO Neo9S Pro+. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC (from last year) is used in just one of the top ten devices, and that topped out at 2,097,853, pretty good for a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and highlights the significant performance improvements of the Snapdragon 8 Elite and Dimensity 9400 over their predecessors.
The top position in the upper-midrange class is secured by the OnePlus Ace 3V powered by Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC, followed by Realme GT Neo6 SE with the same chipset. Apart from this, the Redmi K70E is powered by the Dimensity 8300-Ultra, and models running the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 and Dimensity 8200 chipsets are also notable mentions. These findings are particularly interesting considering that Qualcomm dominates the flagship rankings while MediaTek vastly takes most of the upper-midrange category.
AnTuTu also started to share the performance ranking charts for Android tablets on a monthly basis. The first-place winner is the Red Magic Nova, followed by the Oppo Pad 3 Pro, all powered by an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Third is the iQOO Pad2 Pro with the Dimensity 9300+, then the vivo Pad3 Pro, along with multiple other devices powered by different Snapdragon and Dimensity chipsets.
