Aaron Ramsey nice

Ligue 1 side Nice are expected to complete three signings in the coming days. Aaron Ramsey has agreed to join the club after leaving Juventus as a free agent. The Welshman had one year remaining on his deal with the Bianconeri, but decided to terminate his £400,000 per week deal in order to find a new club.

The player wants to be fit ahead of the 2022 World Cup, and is expected to get a lot of playing time with Nice. His transfer will be completed in the coming days once the medicals are done and the contract is signed.

After the signing of Ramsey, Nice will turn their attention to Kasper Schmeichel of Leicester City. The club captain has agreed a contract with the Ligue 1 side until 2025, and a nominal transfer fee worth €1 million plus bonuses has been agreed.

Leicester are now looking to sign a replacement for the Denmark international before they sanction the transfer. Schmeichel spent eleven years at the club, winning the Premier League and FA Cup during his spell.

Mattia Viti is the third player that is expected to join Nice in the coming days. The centre-back will sign a contract until 2027, and Empoli will be receiving a transfer fee worth €15 million.
