Nintendo Switch OLED not supporting 4K leaves many developers disappointed

We know NVIDIA has recently gone through a major disaster of a hack that stole a lot of sensitive data from its repositories which has made them vulnerable more than ever. This includes the sensitive data of its revolutionary DLSS feature, the leaked code has also confirmed the upcoming Nintendo Switch console.

If you remember previously, Nintendo was hyped to launch a new Switch Pro console with significant hardware improvements but ultimately it launched a Switch OLED that acted as a minor upgrade in terms of display. In the leaked DLSS 2.2 source code, the mention of “NVN2” has been found that is being referred to as the upcoming Nintendo Switch.

NVIDIA leaks have "nvn2", which seems to be the graphics api for the Switch Pro, based on Ampere with ray tracing support and DLSS 2.2 pic.twitter.com/k6nEr31CcY

So, as the rumours point out, this “NVN2” is nothing but means the graphics API and it is suspected that the Switch Pro might use the Nvidia’s T239 chip which is a customized version of the T234 meant to be designed specifically for the console. So, modern NVIDIA GPU features like DLSS 2.2, ray tracing support is seemingly confirmed by this leak as well.

Also, the countless rumours of a completely new Switch console with better hardware make more sense but time will tell whether this leaked code and rumours point right or not maybe by this year itself.
