Kopite7kimi has published the rumored specifications of NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER, 4070 Ti SUPER, and 4070 SUPER. The rumors concerning the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 “SUPER” GPUs have continued, and the latest one from Kopite7kimi discusses the likely specifications of the three cards. Again, these parameters are subject to change, and Kopite7kimi himself claims that they are “several weeks” old.

The GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER is said to employ the AD103-400 GPU with the full 10,240 cores, 320 TMUs, 112 ROPs, and 64 MB of L2 cache. The processor will include a 256-bit bus interface, implying 16 GB of GDDR6X memory, same to the RTX 4080 Non-SUPER.
The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER is believed to have AD103-275 / AD102-175 GPU SKUs with the same 8,448 cores and 48 MB of L2 cache across both models. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER is claimed to be available in AD104-350 or AD103-175 SKU configurations, with the same 7,168 cores in each. L2 cache of 48 MB is expected for the GPU.
